The UHBC Music Ministry is composed of vocal and instrumental groups providing music and inspiration through adult and children's choirs along with a bell choir.  Leadership of these groups involve Rosemary Davidson directing the Adult Choir, Janice Burger directing the Children's Choir and Kent & Rosalee Taylor directing the Bell Choir.  In addition, individuals and ensembles provide solo and small group music ministry.  A group of about 10 men, along with pianist Mike Thompson, enrich the lives of nursing home residents with their singing of old familiar hymns and gospel tunes.


The Adult Choir practices at 5pm on Sunday evenings in the music room and present special music on unique occasions such as Christmas and Easter.  The choir is open to all church members and does not require an audition to join.  While it is helpful to be able to read music it is not required for participation. UHBC has three children’s choirs. Choir I is 4 and 5 year olds, Choir II is grades 1, 2, and 3, and Choir III is 4th and 5th grades.
